The appearance and expansion of Salafism and Takfiri groups like ISSL is one of the most harmful events of our age these groups commit severe crimes in many countries and especially in Islamic countries by the support of worldly arrogance .The Islamic world must use their full potentials to face these groups and use the international law potentials. This article by using descriptive-analytical approach tries to study the possibility of using International Criminal Court to stand against ISSI`s crimes among other salfi-takfiri groups. We conclude that considering the organization and the absence of internal validity, International Criminal Court has global and Supplemental jurisdiction to judge ISSI`s crimes.

The 2014 domestic crisis in Ukraine and unseating the president were affected by renewed role for Russia in Kiev. This crisis was called a revolution by the West and a coup by Russia. These opposing views were indicative of a potential new tension between Russia and the West. As Crimea detached from Ukraine and attached to Russia, the biggest tension since the Civil war appeared between Moscow and the West. This study intends to answer the question “ Is it possible to study the role played by Russia`s foreign policy in Ukrainian crisis from the classic realism?” Clearly, the classic realism continue to exist in Russia`s foreign policy towards Ukraine`s crisis. Moscow`s application of these guidelines is supported by Russia`s disregard for international institutions including United nations, European Union, and by using its military efforts, dispatch of military forces to the eastern Ukraine, and finally the attachment of Crimea.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the consequences of the parliamentary system and constitutional transfer of power from the Qajar to the first Pahlavi historical context. With the outbreak of the revolution, governing structure with its traditional beliefs against changes in power relations underwent political turmoil. Failure to comply traditional order with new patterns, the lack of objective and subjective conditions caused turmoil in the government. Parliamentary system, as the first experience of Iranians did not mean anything considering their traditional political and cultural affinities. So it led to unbridled decentralization and instability. The present review is based on a descriptive - analytical method tries to explain the historical context of transition from the Qajar to the Pahlavi. The major findings of the study are: Reza Khan powered by the traditional structure of society after the constitutional balance, concentration and inhibition centrifugal forces, gained public confidence among the intellectual elites to create a centralized bureaucratic state. The ineffectiveness of the Qajar government in meeting the needs of a growing community, trying to preserve its territorial integrity and national unity and the normalization of crisis as a prelude to the ideals of constitutionalism, caused change and transition. So the main question of this article is: Which factors led to political and social instability and the Qajars fall in the years after the Constitutional Revolution? The hypothesis is: constitutional revolution caused an imbalance in the traditional system of Qajars and made big challenges for them. The transition to democracy and Qajars inability to fulfill the demands led them to extinction.

In the management of human societies what matters more than any other things, in the government's social doctrine is the fundamental concept of "justice". Here we express the ideas of two thinkers Rawls and Beheshti on the nature of justice. Based on their viewpoint each of them supposed to be discussed in several formats:- Martyr Beheshti, is the moral founder of the Islamic society, so that "if at some point of time we have seen that moral justice must be sacrificed to achieve social justice or economic justice, there is no priority to economic and social justice and we should not sacrifice justice and morality.Rawls has a different paradigm of thought,Using Kant's moral philosophy as a significant issue for the revival of the principles of liberalism and Nasrkanty like human freedom and moral agent, he used his starting point a critique of utilitarianism school.
