This region is inherited conflicts of Britain`s colonialism and entered a security condition with two poles: India and Pakistan. Kashmir crisis as one of the most critical crises of the world in more than fifty years, has prevented India and Pakistan from reaching a useful agreement and forced them to find aliens among countries of the region and out of it. India leans toward the U.S. and Pakistan leans toward China. These countries have made a bipolar situation in south Asia. Other countries of the region are divided into these two groups. As we know the security issues of south Asia are related to all countries. Here Burry Buzan`s Security Complex Theory and Power Balance of Morgenthau are used to analyze this bipolar power situation in south Asia. So in this article we try to answer these questions: “How are Political-security conditions in south Asia formed?” and “How can this effects Iran`s national security?” We hypothesize that the political security conditions in south Asia is formed around the balance of power and it affects Iran’s national security. The balance of power in south Asia can increase the power of Iran as a balance maker power in this region and provide Iran`s security interests.}, keywords = {Political Security Equation,South Asia,Balance of Power,National Security}, title_fa = {ترتیبات سیاسی- امنیتی در جنوب آسیا و تأثیر آن بر امنیت ملی ج. ا. ایران}, abstract_fa = {جنوب آسیا یکی از ناامن‌ترین و بحران خیزترین مناطق دنیاست. این منطقه که وارث کشمکش‌ها و اختلافات به جا مانده از استعمار بریتانیاست، وارد دو قطب امنیتی با محوریت هند و پاکستان شده است. بحران کشمیر به عنوان یکی از حادترین بحران‌های امنیتی جهان، در طول بیش از نیم قرن گذشته مانع از شکل گیری توافقی سازنده بین دو کشور هند و پاکستان گشته است و همین امر موجب شده که این دو کشور چه در سطح منطقه و چه فراتر از آن، اقدام به یارگیری نمایند. هند با گرایش به سمت آمریکا و پاکستان با چرخش به سمت چین، فضایی دو قطبی در جنوب آسیا شکل داده‌اند که سایر کشورهای این منطقه نیز در حال سازماندهی حول این دو محور هستند. از این رو از آنجا که مسائل امنیتی جنوب آسیا به طور گریزناپذیری به هم پیوسته‌اند، تئوری «مجموعه امنیتی» باری بوزان و «موازنه قدرت» مورگنتا را برای تجزیه و تحلیل قطب بندی‌های قدرت در جنوب آسیا برگزیده ایم. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر در پی پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که ترتیبات سیاسی- امنیتی موجود در جنوب آسیا بر چه اساسی شکل گرفته و چه تأثیری بر امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران دارد؟ فرض این پژوهش بر این است که ترتیبات سیاسی- امنیتی جنوب آسیا بر اساس موازنه قدرت شکل گرفته و بر امنیت ملی ایران تأثیر گذار است. توازن قدرت موجود در جنوب آسیا می‌تواند قدرت نقش آفرینی ج.ا.ایران را به عنوان نیروی توازن بخش در این منطقه افزایش داده و از این طریق منافع امنیتی ایران را تأمین سازد.  }, keywords_fa = {کلیدی: ترتیبات سیاسی- امنیتی,جنوب آسیا,موازنه قدرت,امنیت ملی}, url = {https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_14916.html}, eprint = {https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_14916_2d9dcad1b8631386766bfffa823d50b8.pdf} }
