The purpose of the present study is to examine the political culture of political and civil movements in the Arab Middle East since 2011. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The results showed that the globalization and expansion of mass communication in the light of the Arabian region had dual impacts, with the explanation that this process, on the one hand, provided public awakening and public awareness of indigenous and national culture. In general, it has provided the ground for the growth of Islamic fundamentalist forces, and on the other hand, the expansion of the mass communication and domination of Western countries has created fundamental challenges for local culture. But in general, such a process has led to the spread of public awareness among the people and has led political systems to lose their complete domination of cultural tools (preparing the background to rebuild and enhance the legitimacy of systems).
