Cultural security, considering the security pillar which is the same as identity, can provide an effective model for orientation of policy and strategies. The present article, by focusing on the characteristics and capacities of Ayatollah Khamenei's statements, has tried to integrate his sentences and thoughts and deduce the principles of Islamic security standards and provide the field of development of cultural security within the framework of the Islamic Revolution of Iran's discourse. The present research, by explanatory and descriptive method, and by using the tool for collecting data as a library, poses the question in such a way that what is the most important component of cultural security in the point of view of Ayatollah Khamenei? The most important findings of the research indicate that, by considering cultural nature of the Islamic Revolution which has the potential of soft power; the booster factors of cultural security from his point of view can be: education and training, cultural autonomy, use of art, Islamic lifestyle and threatening factors: cultural affiliation, self-deprivation, identity crisis, cultural invasion and cultural domination. In organizing the research, after brief definition of basic concepts of research and theoretical literature, then cultural security is discussed from the point of view of his statements and guidelines as the main subject of the research.
