The research method was descriptive-analytical. The results showed that the record of eight years of Obama's presidency can be considered a manifestation of his worldview as a Democratic president. A quick look at Obama's campaign slogans and promises clearly shows that he had two missions for his administration from the beginning; First, to improve the US economic situation, and second, to improve its image in the world. Obama spent the life of his administration trying to resolve regional crises in a way other than war while pulling the United States out of the two abysses of Iraq and Afghanistan.  Mentioning the nuclear deal with Iran as an honor in Obama's record is the satisfaction of the global superpower not to get involved in a new war in the Middle East. The US government's response to the ISIS crisis also well illustrates the claim that the United States has no desire or ability to engage in military conflict in regional crises.}, keywords = {foreign policy,Barack Obama,middle east,West Asia,America,war}, title_fa = {واکاوی دکترین و سیاست خارجی باراک اوباما در خاورمیانه و غرب آسیا از منظر منتقدان (ابعاد و رویکردها)}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی دکترین و سیاست خارجی باراک اوباما در خاورمیانه و غرب آسیا از منظر منتقدان است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که کارنامه هشت سال ریاست جمهوری اوباما را می‌توان نمودی از جهان‌بینی او به‌ عنوان یک رئیس‌جمهور دموکرات دانست. مروری سریع بر شعارها و وعده‌های انتخاباتی اوباما به‌خوبی نشان می‌دهد که او از ابتدا دو مأموریت را برای دولت خود قائل بود؛ نخست، بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی آمریکا و دوم، بهبود وجهه این کشور در جهان. اوباما عمر دولت خود را صرف کرد تا ضمن بیرون کشیدن آمریکا از دو ورطه عراق و افغانستان، بحران‌های منطقه‌ای را به روشی جز جنگ حل و فصل کند. اشاره به توافق هسته‌ای با ایران به‌ عنوان اسباب افتخار در کارنامه اوباما، در حقیقت ابراز خوشحالی ابرقدرت جهانی از درگیر نشدن در یک جنگ جدید در منطقه خاورمیانه است. عملکرد دولت آمریکا در قبال بحران داعش نیز به‌خوبی اثبات‌کننده این ادعاست که ایالات ‌متحده تمایل یا توانی برای درگیری نظامی در بحران‌های منطقه‌ای ندارد.}, keywords_fa = {سیاست خارجی,باراک اوباما,خاورمیانه,غرب آسیا,امریکا,جنگ}, url = {https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_244570.html}, eprint = {https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_244570_935e46a4fc3ecf7044e5faa477c8d26a.pdf} }
