The research method is descriptive-analytical and is mainly based on his documents, lectures, and books. The results indicate that Velayat-e-Faqih in the political thought of Allameh Mesbah Yazdi is a theological and jurisprudential debate and is responsible for all the authority of Imam Masoom (AS). In proving the Supreme Leader, he cites two rational and narrative reasons. Regarding the rational arguments, he reminds us that the intellect is one of the four sources for inferring the Sharia ruling. Therefore, the value of citing a rational reason to prove Velayat-e-Faqih is not less than the value of quoting narrated evidence, verses, and hadiths. هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی نظریه ولایت فقیه در اندیشه سیاسی علامه مصباح یزدی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی بوده و به طور عمده بر مستندات، سخنرانی<strong>‌</strong>ها و<strong> </strong>کتب ایشان<strong> </strong>استواراست<strong>. </strong>نتایج حاکی از آن بوده که ولایت فقیه در اندیشه سیاسی علامه مصباح‌ یزدی یک بحث کلامی و فقهی است و تمام اختیارت امام معصوم (ع) را برعهده دارد. ایشان در اثبات ولی فقیه به دو دلیل عقلی و نقلی استناد می‌کند. ایشان در مورد ادلة عقلی این نکته را یادآور می‌شود که عقل از منابع چهارگانة استنباط حکم شرعی است و از این‌رو، ارزش استناد به دلیل عقلی برای اثبات ولایت فقیه کم‌تر از ارزش استناد به ادله نقلی و آیات و روایات نیست. https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_252603_9b16bb6d733e214da8d351ad05bfcd3e.pdf
