The aim of this article is to show the features of a young revolutionist believer student, So we tried to qualitatively analyze the content of Supreme Leader`s speech. First of all we found and classified the features of a young revolutionist believer student then we tried to define its feature`s on the basic, qualitative and aspectual levels based on Islamic criteria-graphy. The main question of this article is “What are the features of a young revolutionist believer student?” To answer this question we found 42 features for a young revolutionist believer student that can be used in personal, social, and managerial planning and policy making.<br /> <br /><strong> </strong>  <br />چکیده<br /><strong>مقام معظم رهبری به‏ویژه در دهۀ اخیر بارها در سخنرانی‏هایشان عبارت «جوان مؤمن انقلابی» را به کار برده‏اند و با تبیین ویژگی‏های آن، الگوی ترازِ جوان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به تصویر کشیده‏اند. هدف این پژوهش دستیابی به شاخص‏های طلبۀ جوان مؤمن انقلابی است؛ ازاین</strong><strong>‎</strong><strong>رو با تحلیل محتوای کیفی سخنان مقام معظم رهبری، نخست شاخص</strong><strong>‎</strong><strong>های «جوان مؤمن انقلابی» استخراج و دسته‏بندی شده و سپس بر پایۀ آن و بر اساس مدل شاخص‏نگاری اسلامی، شاخص‏های «طلبۀ جوان مؤمن انقلابی» در سطوح بنیادی، ابعادی و کیفی تعریف شده است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که بر اساس دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری، طلبۀ جوانِ مؤمنِ انقلابی چه شاخص‏هایی دارد؟  برای پاسخ به این سوال42 شاخص در سه مقولۀ جوان، مؤمن و انقلابی برای «طلبۀ جوان مؤمن انقلابی» به دست آمده است که می‏تواند دستمایۀ سیاستگذاری و برنامه‏ریزی فردی، اجتماعی و مدیریتی طلاب جوان قرار گیرد.</strong><br /><strong> </strong> https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_32130_dfe55b7e653dffe936a78a08bbe0af8e.pdf
