Understanding each society based on the conventional understanding of that society is the main topic of this research.Therefore, this article seeks to answer the question, through which epistemology and social thinking can one achieve a reliable understanding of the political issues of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The hypothesis of the article is that by applying post-positivist epistemology and especially Peter Winch's opinions, it is possible to gain a more reliable understanding of the political issues of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A combination of content analysis and qualitative research was used to investigate this issue. The present article tries to use the methodological approach of Winch in order to understand the political and cultural issues of Iranian society. Peter Winch’s pinions and thoughts, with valid knowledge of social and human phenomena, have benefited from politics and culture to reach the state of society. تحلیل و فهم پدیده ها و مسائل در قلمرو علوم انسانی همواره از منظر معرفت شناسی اثباتی انجام گرفته که همین امر موجب شناخت پدیده ها و مسائل را مبهم ساخته است. این مقاله بر فهم مسائل و پدیده های اجتماعی ایران از منظر فرا اثباتی و چشم انداز فکری پیتر وینچ متمرکز است. فهم هر جامعه بر اساس برداشت متعارف آن جامعه موضوع اصلی این پژوهش است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر این سوال را مطرح می‌کند که از خلال کدام معرفت شناسی و اندیشه ورز اجتماعی می توان به شناخت معتبری نسبت به مسائل سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دست یافت؟ فرضیه مقاله این است که با به کارگیری معرفت شناسی فرا اثباتی و به ویژه آراء و اندیشه‌های پیتروینچ،‌ می‌توان با اعتبار بیشتری به فهم مسائل سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران دست یافت. فهم مسایل سیاسی و فرهنگی جامعه‌ی ایران از نظر صاحب نظران واندیشمندان جایگاه خاصی را در ایران به دنبال داشته است. برای بررسی بیشتر این مسئله از ترکیب تحلیل محتوا و پژوهش‌های کیفی استفاده شده است. مقاله حاضر در تلاش است تا از رویکرد روش شناختی وینچ در جهت شناخت و فهم مسایل سیاسی و فرهنگی جامعه ایران بهره برد. پیتروینچ در آراء و اندیشه خود باشناخت معتبر نسبت به پدیده‌های اجتماعی و انسانی از سیاست و فرهنگ برای رسیدن به وضعیت جامعه بهره لازم را برده است. https://journals.abru.ac.ir/article_712231_ac4a56e5ef1c286c0ded72920faa5799.pdf
