In Imam Khomeini’s thoughts, validity and legitimacy of political life is in accordance with religious texts. The main question of this article is that how religious texts are related to various political problems and issues? In other words how can a stable religious text make a logical relation to unstable events? What are characteristics of Imam Khomeini’s Ijtehadi method of using jurisprudence(Figh) in theoretical and practical politics? This article claims that Imam Khomeini’s dynamic Ijtehadi method is capable of producing religious commands (by interacting texts and political life). In this article we try to investigate characteristics and elements of Imam Khomeini’s Ijtehadi method and their effects on producing political-jurisprudential knowledge.
