Reflections on the Cognitive Frameworks for the Future of the International System in the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution

Abstract

The statement of the second step of the revolution is more than a prism to raise the awareness of the Iranian people, it is a strategic document that looks at the future with hope, taking into account the basic components of the Islamic Revolution, based on past experiences. One of the requirements for the presence of the Islamic Revolution in the world arenas is to know the cognitive frameworks in the future of the international system with regard to the original ideals of the Islamic Revolution. Accordingly, the Supreme Leader of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, by explaining and outlining the perspectives facing the Islamic Revolution and the strategies for its realization in the form of a statement of the second step of the revolution, drew cognitive levels in various fields. Accordingly, in this article, an attempt has been made to explain the content of the statement of the second step by adopting a futurist approach and observation method, and considering the basic components of the Islamic Revolution, and in order to realize the revolutionary system as a platform for realization. Objectives in the second step of the revolution, to explain the challenges and opportunities of the Islamic Revolution in a cognitive framework for the future of the international system. The findings of the article show that the formation and completion of cognitive frameworks is a gradual and complementary process that requires time and one of its requirements is the formation of spiritual transformation based
