Abstract

This paper studies two crisis processes and historical events, political and economic conditions in Iran, the crisis of Azerbaijan (1945) and the energy crisis (4-1973). The main question is “how the crisis is resolved? Is the government`s domestic and foreign policy and forces against the central government (politicians and domination consistency of the prince Mohammad) Iran's independence, the foreign powers to resolve the crisis were effective?” In this study, John Furan’s world-systems theory has been used. The results of the crisis showed that in Azerbaijan crisis we should not deny the immersive and brilliant measures of Qvam-al-slaltane. At the international level the story of the British and Americans were important, In addition, a complete withdrawal of America from isolated policy measures, awareness of the world public opinion and the pressure of the UN Security Council, Azerbaijan crisis became costly and irrational for Soviet Union to continue. So solving the crisis in the global system was very effectively in the domestic and foreign policy of Iran. In the case of the oil crisis, the U.S. was causing changes in the global system and plays an important role in the creation and even an ending this crisis. The aim of this article is to answer the questions and to make a hypothesis to evaluate the correctness or incorrectness of descriptive – analytic method by using library resources and other documents.
