A Analysis of the Role of the Pakistan State holes in Ethnic divergence of Baluchs in Iran

Abstract

State gaps as phenomena which are organized and widely challenged the existence of State Sovereignty in geographic space. So Identifying the state gaps as things that challenge the rule and the state security is very important. The hypothesis of this study is “What are the problems of the gaps in Pakistan government (state)?” What is the relationship between the Pakistan gap of the ethnic challenges (Bellucci) to Iran? It seems that there is a relationship between the influence of the Baluch ethnic problems in Iran and the State gaps have challenges in Pakistan. Unconventional power of the army and ISI, Several radical Islamic groups, Power applied to certain parties, bad economic situation, Poor human development and the problems caused by drugs and the inability of the country to minimize the damage caused by monsoon rains, are the most important gaps in Pakistani State. This situation - due to the nearness of Sistan and Baluchestan province, the actions of some evolution of the ethnic Baluch are associated with Iran. The gaps such as: ethnic identity, Border tensions, drugs traffic, terrorism and forms of organized violence in secessionist groups and the conflict with the Iranian regime; has a direct impact on the Structure of Pakistan. This research is based on descriptive-analytical method. The data are gathered in attributive method by referring to valid sources like books, papers and reports.
