Abstract

The appearance and expansion of Salafism and Takfiri groups like ISSL is one of the most harmful events of our age these groups commit severe crimes in many countries and especially in Islamic countries by the support of worldly arrogance .The Islamic world must use their full potentials to face these groups and use the international law potentials. This article by using descriptive-analytical approach tries to study the possibility of using International Criminal Court to stand against ISSI`s crimes among other salfi-takfiri groups. We conclude that considering the organization and the absence of internal validity, International Criminal Court has global and Supplemental jurisdiction to judge ISSI`s crimes.
