The Strategic environments have a direct impact on the reproduction of war Due to the nature of the approaches applied, the origins, the types of instruments and the objectives. Hard power approach has an influence on the reproduction of hard war, semi-hard approach affects the reproduction of the semi-hard power, soft power approach influences the reproduction of the software, and smart power approach has an impact on the Intelligent war. Therefore, this article intends to investigate the impact of the power on the reproduction of the wars and specifically the software impact on the war in terms of the audience, and the character. The effects of soft power approach, such as the nature, nonviolence, social security and the political space, technology, software mechanisms, myth-making, power small agency, related discourse, persuasion, identity, indirect behavior, learning and multidimensionality, on war. At the same time, the officials intend to manage the minds and hearts in the soft war and usually the officials and the agents of the political system, the social status of the people, and the intellectual and cultural elite of society are targets of invasions.
