Abstract
Clarifying the nature and dimensions of the ideal political society has always been one of the concerns of social reformers. Basically, theorizing about the ideal political society is the result of the existing political and social disorder. Pahlavi II's era was faced with numerous political crises, which caused the opinion of social thinkers, including Ayatollah Shahid Beheshti (research problem). The following article aims to present the ideal political society in Ayatollah Beheshti's political thought with the analytical descriptive method and Thomas Spriggans's theory of crisis   (research methodology). In Shahid Beheshti's analysis, weakening is the biggest crisis of the Pahlavi era, which is rooted in the authoritarian system and the model of secular Islam (Aria Mehri). In response to the current crisis, he drew the professional political society (Imamate Ummah) as the desirable society of the occult age, which, due to its adherence to the two monotheistic concepts of right and justice, has a substantive difference in dimensions and the way of realization from the Pahlavi political society. In the professional society, as informed and responsible actors, while benefiting from political rights such as political participation, tolerance and supervision, it identifies its interest in the ideological interaction with the institution of Imamate. Shahid Beheshti's solution in the realization of a professional political society passes through the political education of the nation and political organization (finding).
