Abstract
This research aims to explain the role and position of the Zionist regime in creating conditions for religious violence across a wide range of the geopolitical sphere of the modern world. Because the main factor in the emergence the Takfiri terrorist group ISIS is the direct intervention of the intelligence services of the Zionist regime (Israel) in creating terrorist groups, including ISIS, which has also caused widespread geopolitical risks. The Zionist regime cooperated with this Takfiri terrorist group with weapons support and intelligence data from sensitive areas of countries attacked by ISIS to achieve its goals of creating insecurity in the countries of the region that do not recognize the Zionist regime and are engaged in conflict with it. The main issue of the article is how the Zionist regime has sought to expand its territory and dominance since its inception, the effective cases of which were carrying out brutal attacks, massacres of Palestinians, and support for state terrorism. The aim of this article is to answer the main question of how the Zionist regime has played a widespread role in the cultivation and expansion of terrorism in the Middle East at these levels through these terrorist groups, especially ISIS.
