Abstract
One of the main issues that has attracted the attention of all analysts of the international system, from the perspective of strategic studies, is the way in which the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Turkey relate to each other in the shadow of Israel's presence in the region. Now the question is, what are the drivers and consequences of the application of convergence and divergence in the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey? It seems that the drivers and consequences of the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkey, influenced by the presence of Israel in the region, are affected by four characters, geopolitical - geostrategic - geoeconomic and geocultural. The present study is of an applied type and has been developed with a qualitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the applications of the relationship between the two countries of Iran and Turkey in the region. The research findings show that the relationship between the two countries of Iran and Turkey, with its emphasis on the role of a model, the doctrine of strategic depth, and identity resources, .
