This interdisciplinary study examines the structural transformations of power in the Palestinian conflict following the Al-Aqsa Storm operation in October 2023. Drawing on concepts derived from quantum physics as an interpretive framework, the article addresses the following central question: How does martyrdom, conceptualized as a quantum phenomenon, shape power dynamics, discourse, and legitimacy in Palestine? The findings suggest that martyrdom functions in a state of "quantum superposition," simultaneously embodying two seemingly contradictory dimensions: on the one hand, it represents a tragic reality characterized by human loss and infrastructural destruction; on the other hand, it serves as a symbolic act that reinforces the discourse and legitimacy of resistance. This ontological duality challenges conventional approaches to conflict analysis. The study argues that martyrdom has contributed to shifts in the balance of power by generating psychological pressures within Israeli society, including heightened collective anxiety and diminished confidence in national security institutions, while simultaneously strengthening the spirit of resistance among Palestinians. Its economic repercussions, including declines in economic growth and investment, further highlight its destabilizing effects on Israel’s economic structures. Moreover, through the concept of "quantum entanglement," martyrdom has facilitated the expansion of transnational networks of solidarity and amplified justice-oriented discourses at the global level.
