During the presidency of Mohammad Mossadegh, independence, libertarianism, tolerance of the opposition and tolerance towards them became the ruling discourse and part of the authoritarian discourse of the court was challenged. In this way, the political atmosphere in Iran became more pluralistic, the power of the Shah more limited, more diverse parties, legal and popular authority, and the most tolerance with the opposition took place. This article tries to open a new angle along with the previous views based on discourse analysis. The main rationale of this discussion is the importance of how the "realization of the rights of the Iranian people" in the years of the oil movement found a concept equal to "nationalization." Considering the historical context of the years of nationalization of the oil industry, discourse analysis helps to have a realistic understanding of the function of the logic of the Iranian millionaires against the costly transmission logic of their enemies. The root causes and factors discussed in this paper show that millions of Iranians did not have deep and predictable strategies for the United States, especially the United Kingdom. By exposing these weaknesses and the underlying causes and factors, millions lacked realistic action initiatives, realistic initiatives that could bring discourse ambiguity into a new era. The new era could be presented in such a way that the foundation of the movement for the nationalization of the oil industry would remain strong and the enemies of Iran would be inactive.
