بحران پژوهی جهان اسلام

ایالات متحده و تیرگی رابطه ایران و مصر (1400-1357)

چکیده
همگرایی در منطقه غرب آسیا و شمال آفریقا از مؤلفه‌های داخلی و بین‌المللی متأثر است. روابط دو کشور مهم ایران و مصر در این منطقه در 4 دهه اخیر متأثر از این عوامل در وضعیت واگرایی قرار گرفته است. سؤال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که ایالات‌متحده به‌عنوان نیروی سوم و مداخله‌گر فرامنطقه‌ای چگونه در تیرگی روابط دو کشور ایفای نقش می‌کند. به نظر می‌رسد ایالات‌متحده به‌عنوان بازیگری جهانی از طرق مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر تصمیم‌سازی‌های سیاسی مصر موثر بوده و تداوم تیرگی رابطه دو کشور را موجب شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ایالات‌متحده باهدف کنترل گسترش انقلاب اسلامی در جهان عرب (به علت ماهیت ضداستکباری انقلاب اسلامی و دشمنی آشکار با اسرائیل یا همان قدرت نرم ایران) تلاش کرد تا از با تهدید مصر و قطع کمک‌های اقتصادی و ایجاد فشار بر مصر برای پیوستن به ائتلاف ناتوی عربی و یا ترساندن از برنامه هسته‌ای ایران و دامن‎ زدن به ایران هراسی و از طریق کنش گفتاری در راستای ایجاد امنیت برای اسراییل، رابطه میان دو کشور در وضعیت واگرایی باقی مانده و به تبع آن نظم منطقه‌ای درونزا تحقق نیابد.
