بحران پژوهی جهان اسلام

تحلیل پدیدارشناسانه نگرش دانشجویان علوم سیاسی نسبت به عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم‌گیری مسولان در بحران‌های عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل پدیدارشناسانۀ نگرش دانشجویان علوم سیاسی نسبت به عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم‌گیری در بحران‌های عمومی (مسئولان سیاسی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران) انجام شد. در این پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری را، دانشجویان علوم سیاسی دانشگاه‌های کشور در سال 1403 تشکیل دادند. در این راستا با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با 18 نفر مصاحبه شد. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق انجام‌شده و داده‌ها با نظریه داده بنیاد و به روش کدگذاری سه مرحله‌ای اشتراوس و کوربین (۱۹۹۰) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. بر اساس نتایج، 11 مقوله اصلی (استراتژی؛ مسائل اخلاقی و اجتماعی؛ افکار عمومی؛ منابع و امکانات؛ مسائل سازمانی؛ ویژگی‌های شخصیتی؛ نظام تصمیم‌گیری؛ مسائل سیاسی؛ فرهنگ حاکم؛ قوم سالاری؛ مسائل اقتصادی)، 5 بعد سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و روان‌شناختی و 94 کد بازشناسی شدند. این نتیجه حاصل شد که در تصمیم‌گیری مسئولان سیاسی برای مدیریت بحران‌های عمومی لازم است به محیط تصمیم‌گیری و رویه‌های مرتبط با آن توجه شود تا شاخص‌های مطلوبی برای کیفیت بهتر تصمیم‌گیری در بحران‌های عمومی ایجاد گردد. نتایج، می‌تواند مورد استفاده کارشناسان سیاست عمومی و امنیت داخلی قرار گیرد.
